I am an Australian landscape painter who has been painting and exhibiting since the 1970s. I live in Melbourne where I studied Fine Art at university (painting and printmaking) and my work is held in collections both in Australia and overseas. I employ a limited colour palette to achieve my artistic effects and choose to portray the landscape in transitory weather situations dominated by dramatic skies. The main focus of my paintings is centred on atmospheric effects; changing light and cloud formations in particular. I regularly exhibit both locally and overseas, and have won awards both in Australia and internationally. In 2022, I became one of seven artists in residence, selected by the Bayside Gallery for the 2022 Artists Studio Program at ‘Billilla' in Brighton, Victoria.

Winner: Gagliardi Gallery Award, London Art Biennale, 2021 (Exhibition, Gagliardi Gallery, Nov '22)
